Say hello to amazing new resources from Quaver !
Over the next couple of weeks, we will be digging deeper into our new updates, which include:
- 10 Brand New Pre–K Lessons
- Plus A New Pagination Functionality for Full Score!
If you’re a Quaver user, you don’t have to do anything to see these features! You’ll find them already active in your QuaverMusic.com teacher account.
1) 10 Highly Anticipated Pre–K Lessons
For users with access to: Curriculum
The ten new lessons can be found in the Pre–K modules on Places, Holidays, and Seasons—starting in Lesson 13. These lessons cover important concepts such as loud and soft sounds and musical expression. Students will explore outer space, celebrate a new year, and learn about different seasons—all while developing musical skills!
2) New Early Page Turn Options: Choose Your Preference!
For users with access to: Curriculum and ClassPlay
You can now choose between five options. You can activate Early Page Turn by clicking OPTIONS and toggling between 1, 2, 3, or 4 beats. Or, you can keep the page turn as is, by selecting OFF. Our hope is that students will be able to follow along more closely and you’ll be able to teach the song without missing a beat!

We’ve been asking for a more complete search at Teacher Resource, but that seems awfully slow in coming. May I suggest that you not wait until you have all the tags for every activity, song, etc.? I’d suggest that you first make everything searchable by it’s title. That could be done quickly while waiting to get all the tags done.
Second step would be to have an indication (perhaps a tag) for each song or activity as to where we can find it in the curriculum. It’s difficult to see a song you’d like to use, but not know to which grade/lesson it’s already assigned.
Both these problems put Quaver behind what we had with books and a good index for each grade. I like Quaver, but these two things need to be rushed.
Please let me know what’s going to happen because I am not the only one asking for a better search option,
Elaine
Hey Elaine! Thank you for taking the time to write this. We are always looking to improve and the good news is – we can make changes over time without having to wait for everything at once. We will process this request right away and be in touch!
Thanks!
Hi! I wanted to show you a Halloween song called “Up, Down”. I mainly use it for pre-k to 2nd grade students. Anyways, here it is:
